🚨 IMPORTANT SAFETY UPDATE 🚨 Beginning Wednesday, May 20, Douglass Elementary will implement updated arrival and dismissal safety procedures to strengthen student safety during drop-off and pick-up times. ✅ Vehicles must be placed in PARK before students exit. ✅ Staff will assist students safely onto the sidewalk through a valet-style drop-off process. ✅ Please use designated crosswalks and follow all traffic laws and crossing guard directions. ✅ Designated bus, van, and parent drop-off/pick-up areas will be clearly marked. These procedures are being implemented to ensure the safety of all students during arrival and dismissal.
