El Paso ISD Board of Trustees and Superintendent Diana Sayavedra inspired by our amazing student artists who helped design the El Paso ISD holiday cards, and excited to celebrate their work. Hundreds of stunning submissions were received, and we proudly recognized the top three winners in each of the following categories: elementary, middle, and high school. Congratulations to Dalton Rava of Tippin Elementary School, Angel Maltos of Tinajero PK-8 School, and Yoselyn Carrillo of El Paso ISD Board of Trustees and Superintendent Diana Sayavedra inspired by our amazing student artists who helped design the El Paso ISD holiday cards, and excited to celebrate their work. Elf arrived yesterday at Duran Elementary! Our students named our elf, Bartholomew today. Bartholomew is asking students to help him bring cheer to kids in need by bringing toy donations. Deadline to donate new, unwrapped toys for "Toys for Tots" is Friday, December 13th. ¡El duende llegó ayer a la escuela primaria Duran! Nuestros estudiantes llamaron a nuestro duende Bartholomew hoy. Bartholomew está pidiendo a los estudiantes que lo ayuden con los niños necesitados en llevándoles donaciones de juguetes. Attention Duran parents,Our beloved 4th grade teacher Mrs. Robles and a few of our GT students have announced their initiative to bring a book vending machine to our campus. Starting tomorrow December 3rd their fundraiser will go live and tomorrow only Adoptaclassroom will be matching donations. Their goal is $6,000. Please help us make their goal. This benefits every student on our campus. For more information please see attached flyer or feel free to reach out to our campus.
