If your child will attend Haskins next year, please assist your child with selecting their core studies, electives and indicate any special programs they participate in. If your child is going to transfer to another middle school, please write that at the top of the form.
Students should return forms to Mrs. Maldonado by Monday, April 13th.

Dear Parents,
The first STAAR Test will be tomorrow, and we want to help our students do their very best! Here are a few simple ways you can support your child:
Make sure your child gets a good night’s sleep the day before the test
Provide a healthy breakfast on testing days
Limit screen time the night before to help them rest and stay focused
Ensure they arrive at school on time and ready to do their best
Encourage them with positive words and remind them to stay calm and confident
Additional reminders:
Please do not send backpacks on testing days
Students may bring a small snack, which will be eaten after the test
Together, we can help our students feel prepared, focused, and successful. Thank you for your support!
