Some 5th grade students will bring home a pre-registration form for 6th grade at Don Haskins. If your child will attend Haskins next year, please assist your child with selecting their core studies, electives and indicate any special programs they participate in. If your child is going to transfer to another middle school, please write that at the top of the form.
Students should return forms to Mrs. Maldonado by Monday, April 13th.
