The first STAAR Test will be tomorrow, and we want to help our students do their very best! Here are a few simple ways you can support your child:
Make sure your child gets a good night’s sleep the day before the test
Provide a healthy breakfast on testing days
Limit screen time the night before to help them rest and stay focused
Ensure they arrive at school on time and ready to do their best
Encourage them with positive words and remind them to stay calm and confident
Additional reminders:
Please do not send backpacks on testing days
Students may bring a small snack, which will be eaten after the test
Together, we can help our students feel prepared, focused, and successful. Thank you for your support!
