Grandparents Day Luncheon
Hillside Elementary will host a Grandparents Day Luncheon on Friday, Sept. 26! Grandparents are invited to enjoy lunch with their children during their scheduled lunch times.
🎟️ Tickets are $6 each (limit 2 per child) and may be purchased in the front office during office hours.
⚠️ Tickets will NOT be sold on the day of the luncheon. The last day to purchase tickets is Friday, Sept. 19 at 1:00 PM.
The lunch schedule will be shared soon!


*Each grandparent ticket is good for one meal only.
Grandparents are welcome to sit and enjoy lunch with all of their grandchildren (including siblings), but please note that additional meals cannot be purchased.*

Supporting Students’ Social Emotional (SEL) Wellness in EPISD Coming Soon: Panorama Student Growth Measure Survey Grades 3 - 12 – September 8 – September 19, 2025 review: Program Overview El Paso ISD launched a survey program to better understand student perceptions on learning, school environment and belonging. The program leverages Panorama Education’s research-backed and validated survey instruments and reporting platform to elevate surface key insights to inform decision-making. Survey reporting includes national benchmarking, so that school and district teams can use comparative data to identify key areas of strength, opportunity, and prioritize next steps for school improvement planning. The survey program was designed to align closely to the district’s mission, vision and strategic blueprint pillars. The data collected through these surveys serve as the progress measure toward Lever I: Whole Child Development: El Paso ISD schools foster learning environments for the whole child to thrive. Survey will be offered 3 times a year and results will drive access to additional SEL resources and personnel through Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) Alignment with Key Essential Actions: EA 1: Create a classroom culture where each student has access to personalized learning and is supported by caring adults. EA 3: Build mindsets, healthy habits, and skills that strengthen students’ social, emotional, and academic competence. EA 4: Implement meaningful, engaging practices that develop students’ ability to manage and own their behavior. If you have any questions or wish to opt-out your child, please speak to the school counselor.

El programa aprovecha los instrumentos de la encuesta y la plataforma de informes validados y respaldados por investigaciones de Panorama Education para elevar la superficie de conocimientos clave e informar la toma de decisiones.
