Parents don't forget there will be a SOAR event at Andress High School on Saturday April 25th, 2026 from 9am-11am to show appreciation for reading. Each student will adopt a stuff animal and receive a new book, along with other games and activities.

We will having our Parent Recharge Crew Class at 9am-11am inside the cafeteria. Take a break, reflect on life’s little moments, and create a meaningful keepsake to remind you to slow down and smile. During a recent Board Meeting, students Isaac Del Toro and Franco Hernandez from MacArthur PK-8, along with Ivanna Cho from Chapin High School, read a special proclamation recognizing the strength, resilience, and contributions of military children and families in El Paso ISD. 💜
The El Paso ISD Board of Trustees and Superintendent Dr. Brian Lusk were proud to recognize our talented student winners of the Unidos Games Logo Design Competition. Since March 2018, the annual Unidos Games provides El Paso ISD students with disabilities an opportunity to showcase their incredible athletic abilities. Congratulations to Alondra Iniguez from Jefferson Silva High School and Isabela Shiel from Franklin High School, whose designs beautifully captured the spirit of the Unidos Games and have inspired the new logo for the games! 🌟
