Lundy and Tippin Elementary and Hornedo middle school will open today, Wednesday, December 4th, 2024, with a 2-hour delay. Teachers and staff will report to their home campuses at regular start times. Dear Hornedo Community, El Paso Water is confident that the water main issue near our campus will be resolved, and Hornedo Middle will open tomorrow, Wednesday, December 4th, 2024, with a 2-hour delay. Should any unexpected setbacks occur overnight from El Paso Water that require school closure, we will inform as early as possible. Your patience and cooperation are greatly appreciated as we work through this situation, and we look forward to having everyone back on campus.
Due to a rupture in the main water supply line to the High Ridge area near our campus, Hornedo Middle will be closed tomorrow, Tuesday, December 3rd, 2024.
