Milam Elementary: We are excited to invite you and your family to participate in the EFNEP (Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program)! This free program is designed to support families in building healthier lifestyles through fun, practical lessons.
Throughout the series, you’ll learn how to:
• Cook more meals at home
• Eat more fruits and vegetables
• Be more active as a family

• Improve family mealtime
