The El Paso ISD Board of Trustees and Interim Superintendent Martha Aguirre proudly celebrated the successful expansion of Elementary Fine Arts, which introduced four new drama programs this past year. Leading the way were Moreno Elementary and Moreno Montessori’s Drama Club, under the direction of Mr. Sam Alva, who brought elementary theatre to life with a magical production of Aladdin Kids.
El Paso ISD Board of Trustees and Interim Superintendent Martha Aguirre were excited to recognize elite Burges High School athlete Joy Jackson for being one of nine wrestlers who not only earned district championships but also placed at the state level, competing against hundreds of athletes across Texas.
