Parents: How to Check Your EPISD VIPS Registration Status If you registered as an EPISD VIPS (Volunteer in Public Schools) for this school year, you can check your application status by visiting the following link: https://shorturl.at/CS0qN or by scanning the QR code in the attached image. Click on "Returning Volunteer – Please Click Here." A new window will open. Enter the last four digits of your Social Security Number and your date of birth. Your status will appear as either: "Completed" – You are cleared to volunteer and attend school-day events. "Pending" – Either your application has not been submitted for this school year, or it is still processing. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing. If your status has not changed after 7 business days, feel free to contact us at 915-230-5450 for assistance.
