The Texas Legislature recently passed a law requiring school districts to implement a cell phone policy. As a result, El Paso ISD adopted its new policy this school year.

This recognition from the International Society for Technology in Education (ISTE) is awarded to educators who have successfully demonstrated competency in the ISTE standards for educators.
