Dr. Torres Elementary had the opportunity to learn about the importance of protecting children online through the Know2Protect campaign, an initiative by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. The presentation highlighted the Pledge2Protect, a nationwide call to action encouraging parents, educators, and community members to take simple steps to help prevent online child sexual exploitation and promote safe digital habits for our kids.

We extend a big thank you to the Department of Homeland Security and the Know2Protect team for taking the time to come out and present at our school. Your dedication to educating our community and helping keep our children safe online is greatly appreciated!
