YWA is hosting our annual HB5 Night for 8th grade students & families. This is your opportunity to learn and understand about high school endorsements and how they serve students' post-secondary plans. We will serve free hot dogs & nachos from 5:00-5:30, give you an opportunity to speak with the Program Leads and then the EPISD & YWA College Readiness presentation will follow. The event will finish at 6:30pm. This is an important meeting to ensure your student has the correct endorsement plan.

Dear YWA Families, We are honoring Veterans on Wednesday, 11/6, starting at 8:30am at the flag pole. Our YWA Ambassadors and Student Council also invites our Veterans and family members to enjoy a breakfast cooked by students. This is a special time and we are proud to honor you! There will be a short student-led program. The event will end at 9:30am.
