TEA Preliminary Results for 2024-2025 School Year!
As we launch into the new year, we have a few updates for you but also some great news! Preliminary results indicate that YWA will be an "A" Rated campus! This exciting recognition is a testament to the hard work and dedication of our students, parents, staff, and administration. The timing could not be better as we officially joined the Young Women’s Preparatory Network (YWPN) this past year.

As a proud partner in this distinguished network of all-girls schools, we are embracing our new uniform and the “Power of the Plaid” motto—symbolizing leadership, confidence, and high expectations. This partnership has elevated every aspect of our campus; you can truly feel the renewed focus of our rigorous academic programs, leadership development, and student wellness.

We’re also thrilled to share that our Class of 2025—a cohort of just 25 students—has already earned $6.4 million in scholarship offers!

Dear YWA Families,
Please check your email for our uniform updates for the 2025-2026 school year! We are officially moving to the new daily formal dress uniform with Lands' End. We will give families time to purchase the required items, until October 20th, 2025. All students must wear a YWA polo with black uniform bottoms in the meantime. We will let you know when the samples arrive so you can try them on before purchasing.

The El Paso ISD Board of Trustees and Interim Superintendent Martha Aguirre proudly celebrated the successful expansion of Elementary Fine Arts, which introduced four new drama programs this past year. Leading the way were Moreno Elementary and Moreno Montessori’s Drama Club, under the direction of Mr. Sam Alva, who brought elementary theatre to life with a magical production of Aladdin Kids.
El Paso ISD Board of Trustees and Interim Superintendent Martha Aguirre were excited to recognize elite Burges High School athlete Joy Jackson for being one of nine wrestlers who not only earned district championships but also placed at the state level, competing against hundreds of athletes across Texas.
