Dear YWA Parents,
YWA has been selected nationwide to receive a FLY:FWD Wish List from Operation Warm and the Philadelphia Eagles! This initiative provides brand-new sports bras to young women, helping them feel comfortable, confident, and empowered to stay active. Our PTSO is thrilled to distribute these items to our students at YWA. We will be hosting a presenter- Felipa Solis - who is a Breast Cancer survivor. She will speak to our students on Monday during our Warrior Rally! Please let me know if you DO NOT want your student to participate in this event. See attached! You can email the opt out form directly to Dr. Ontiveros at ccontive@episd.org before Monday 10am so we can pull your student out of the event. They will be placed with a teacher who will conduct an advisory lesson in place of attending the event with our speaker.

How to Request: If you would like your daughter to receive one, please complete the form with her name, advisory period, and preferred size (all sizes are in girls, not woman's).

The Texas Legislature recently passed a law requiring school districts to implement a cell phone policy. As a result, El Paso ISD adopted its new policy this school year.
