El Paso Children’s Hospital is offering a FREE heart screening and sports physical evaluation to help identify any potential health concerns and ensure students are ready for athletic participation.

Reminder:
There is an UPDATED PHYSICAL FORM that must be used for the next SY (26-27). Older versions of the physical forms will NOT be accepted for SY 26-27. Physicals dated May 1st 2026 and forward can be accepted for next school. Anything dated before that will not be approved. Physicals can be found in the YWA Lobby and Front Office!
