Barron Families, I want to thank you and our Pioneers for the commitment you have made to enroll your child(ren) to attend I.M.P.A.C.T. during the week and on designated Saturdays. Our final day for I.M.P.A.C.T. will be Thursday, May 29th. Summer school will be offered the week of June 9th thru the 13th from 7:55 for breakfast and dismissal at 3:00 p.m. Students will have the opportunity to work with 2 teachers, one in the AM and one in the PM and enrichment lessons throughout the week. Parent permission slips will be sent by the 23rd of May. I ask that you please make a commitment to support your child and the school in providing instruction in Math, Reading and Enrichment. The cafeteria will also be open to the community to serve breakfast and lunch to children ages 1 thru 18. Breakfast will be served from 7:55 to 8:25 and lunch from 11:25 to 11:55.

As we continue towards ending this school year with celebrating students successes and our final night of S.T.R.E.A.M. , I ask that you please take the time, if you have not done so, to register your child(ren) for the 25-26 school year. Planning for next year is in progress and much of the work needs to be completed. Our registration completion rate is at 40% and we ask for your support to reach 100%. Campus office support will be available Tuesday, Wed., and Thursday this week until 5:00 p.m. and Saturday from 9-12. Please come by so that we can help. Familias de Barron, ¡Feliz domingo! Dear Parent or Guardian, During the school year, students in grades 3 through 5 will have the opportunity to participate in a social-emotional growth measure survey administered at the beginning, middle, and end of the year to assess their social-emotional development. This survey is designed to capture student voice, allowing them to express their perspectives about school culture, climate, and their classroom experiences. The Student Supports and Environments portion of the survey will enable students to provide feedback specifically on their sense of belonging and teacher-student relationships. The Student Skills and Social-Emotional Learning Competency Measures will allow students to reflect on their feelings and behaviors concerning positive and challenging emotions, self-management, social awareness, and growth mindset. This information will enable us to make informed, timely decisions that support our students' social emotional development and create learning environments where the whole child can thrive. If you do not want your child to participate, please complete the opt-out form provided by the school and return it to your child’s teacher.
