We’re excited to share that extracurricular activities and tutoring will officially begin the week of October 20! Programs such as Student Council, Intramurals, Girl Scouts, Kindness Club, Robotics, Moye’s Boys, Special Choir, and Tutoring will follow the schedule provided.
Our school is committed to providing the best opportunities for our students, both in and out of the classroom. With this commitment comes shared expectations for our students and parents to ensure a successful experience for all.
Participation in extracurricular activities and tutoring is based on the following:

Each week we work hard to make learning at Moye Elementary engaging and fun for all students. We’re also working to ensure our weekly attendance stays at 95% or higher.
For Week 8, our cumulative attendance rate was 93.25%, with unexcused absences being our highest absence reason (64 absences). Monday had the lowest attendance rate of the week at 91.13%, and 5th Grade currently has the lowest attendance grade level at 90.83%.
We especially need your help on Monday, October 6 and Tuesday, October 7 to boost our attendance. Please make every effort to have your child at school and on time. Every day counts toward their success!
