Powell Parents of 4th grade Intramural participants, 4th grade students will not have Intramurals tomorrow but will stay with 5th grade students on Wednesday, November 5th to accomodate the cancellation. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.

Powell Parents, please send in pictures of your veterans for our Veteran Honor Wall beginning tomorrow. If you would like your pictures returned, please label the back with student name, grade and section. Pictures will be displayed in the main hallway as they are received through the end of November. If you would like your veteran displayed for our Veterans Day Celebration this Friday, November 7th, send in your pictures by Thursday.

We’re excited to invite everyone to our Powell Trunk or Treat this Wednesday from 4:30 to 6pm! 🎃 Families and community members are welcome to set up a trunk and join the fun. Please bring your own candy to share. Setup begins at 4pm. We’ll also be selling raffle tickets during the event for a chance to win our raffle baskets. If you’re unable to host a trunk but would still like to participate, you can donate candy for our staff trunks. Powell Parents, next week all Income Determination and Impact Aid Surveys are due to central office. As this paperwork directly affects campus funding, we ask that all paperwork be turned in no later than Tuesday, October 28th. If forms are not turned in by Tuesday, we will be asking those parents to pick up their child from dismissal in a designated area. We would like to thank all parents who have completed this process.
